This is a custom script mod so it shouldn’t conflict with any other mods or override in-game Interactions/Animation. Interactions are 0% autonomous and Your sims will never perform them without user direction
Serial Killer Mod contains 4 new interactions – Explained Down Below In The Available Interactions Tab
This mod adds new Buffs
This mod contains new custom animations
Custom animations include sounds/voices/effects/lip syncing
Blood will come out of the sims stabbed area & will have a stab wound once stabbed & toddlers will become bloody. You can kill whoever You want whenever You want Except for the grim reaper because that would make all dead sims stuck. Your sim will enjoy killing other sims & instead of mourning or panicking they will react happily. This Mod doesnt require any additional packs & works with BASE GAME. Sims will react to the events in different ways according to the situation & will run away from the serial killer after performing the stab interaction
I don't think I've ever changed anyone's primary aspiration, but I give secondary's all the time. The only 'rules' I have for who can have a secondary aspiration are: they have a point to unlock it and I can think of something that reasonably fits. Obviously, for non-Knowledge sims, Knowledge is generally an attractive secondary aspiration, due to 'Eureka,' but I have to restrain myself from just giving literally everyone secondary Knowledge as that 1) feels somewhat cheaty and 2) is often a bit immersion-breaking.
I haven't played any of the regular Maxis hoods in so long, I don't remember what I gave anyone. But I'm currently playing Four Corners-Bitville (which originated from Maxis, but I'm playing the converted versions, not the actual Life Stories versions). I tried very hard to find 'clues' in the sim's bios that could point to their secondary aspiration; some were much easier than others. Don Calamari: Family Sherman Boggle: Fortune Kendra Boggle (Blaise): Pleasure Samantha Hayden: Pleasure Ashley Sinclair: Pleasure Sasha Aires: Family Waring Sinclair: first Romance but later changed to Pleasure in a (thus far) failed attempt to get him to roll a 'get engaged' want Johnny Cullen: Fortune Vincent Moore: Family Naomi Moore (Hunt): Knowledge Bailey Fortuna: Pleasure (mostly so he could have '50 Dream Dates' as his LTW) Fiona Fortuna: Knowledge Madison Fortuna: Knowledge (I'll admit I am more eager to give the Knowledge secondary to teens) Jane Harlow: Pleasure Maximillion Oglethorpe: Fortune Riley Harlow: spreadsheet says 'none,' but I'm about 95% sure it's actually Pleasure. (She's one my husband plays.) Dylan Harlow (Kincaid): Knowledge Keats Margison: Fortune (he and Fiona have a lot in common, really) Jacob Margison: Knowledge (I refuse to feel guilty about this one, lol) Adrien Rhome: Knowledge Sara Rhome: Fortune Mickey Smith: Family (he also has 'Reach Golden Anniversary' as his LTW) Alexa Starr: again, spreadsheet says 'none,' but I'm thinking it might actually be Pleasure? Ethan Stardust: Pleasure Mission Stardust: Pleasure Agora Tchotchke: Knowledge (final decision here due to a chance card) Greg Tchotchke (Chomsky): Pleasure The only one not listed here is of course Popularity, that that's mostly because the only useful Popularity perk is only available to those with it as their primary aspiration. I suppose I should make myself select it sometimes for role-playing reasons, but..there's just so little appeal.
To Use Cheats
First, bring up the cheat console by holding down the CTRL, SHIFT, and C keys on your keyboard at the same time.
This will bring a small dark blue box up at the top of your screen. This box is generally called the 'cheat box' or the 'cheat console.' Type the cheat text in there and hit ENTER.
If you don't get the cheat box when you do CTRL, SHIFT, C, then see: Game Help:Cheat Box Won't Appear
Don't enter the brackets around the variables when you enter the cheat.
Example of entering a cheat:
Let's say you want to use the constrainfloorelevation cheat. You'll see that it's listed as:
The [ ] brackets mean that you pick one option - in this case true or false. So, to activate the cheat you would type:
Remember that you never type the [ ] brackets and only choose one option within them.

Setup Folders & Files
Before you can put the .package files in your game, you'll need to set up your game to accept custom content. From patch 1.12 and up, this is very easy!
1.
The DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3 folder - note the contents are folders like DCBackup, DCCache, InstalledWorlds, Saves, etc. (click the image for full size)
Go to The Sims 3 Folder in My Documents: NOT in Program Files!
2. Download the ready-made FrameworkSetup.zip This file contains everything you need to set up your game for custom content. Right-click on the download link below and choose 'Save link as.' Save it into your DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3 folder (the same folder you just opened).
The DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3 folder with the new folder, called 'Mods' highlighted.
Extract the framework: Right-click on the FrameworkSetup.zip file and choose Extract Here (You will get this option if you have properly installed 7-Zip as advised in the TS3 CC Basics FAQ). A new folder will appear, called 'Mods'. Double-click on it to open the 'Mods' folder.4.
Inside the DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3Mods folder
Check Mods Folder: Your DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3Mods folder should look like the picture, with three items inside.. two folders, one called 'Overrides' and one called 'Packages' and one file called Resource.cfg. Double-click on the folder called 'Packages' to open it.5.
Inside the DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3Packages folder
Check Packages Folder: Your
Note: The picture shows them with a little green plumbbob icon, and 'Sims3 Package' under Type. It's okay if your icon looks like a Sims 2 package icon, a monkey, a white sheet of paper, or anything else, and the type may say 'PACKAGE' or something else. Icon and exactly what it says for 'type' are irrelevant as far as working in the game is concerned - what matters is that it ends with .package.
6. Everything okay? Do your folders look as they should in step 4 and step 5, with all the right files/folders in place?
Test!
Now if you run the game, your .package files should be fully working in-game! You already have two package files installed, so you can tell right away whether things are working properly.
Both of these files work for any patch level and any/all expansions/stuff packs.
If you still get the intro movie and build sparkles showing when you test in-game, you must have done something wrong. Delete the My DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3Mods folder and try again from Step 1 of 'Setup Folders and Files' above. It will work this way if done properly! Placing Package Files
Now that you know that package files are working right in your game, you can start downloading custom content yourself!
Of course, you'll need to have read about any special instructions or compatability (make sure everything you get works with your patch level and expansion/stuff packs!), download the files, and extract them from their archives. All of that is explained in detail on: TS3 CC Basics - go there and read about it if you don't know how to do that!
Then, you just put any .package files you've extracted into your DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3ModsPackages folder - that's the same place as the NoBuildSparkles.package and nointro.package files are. You can cut and paste them into the folder - just move them from whereever you extracted them, or extract them straight into that folder.
You can, of course, delete the NoBuildSparkles.package and nointro.package mods if you want your intro/build sparkles back - they were just there to show you where to put the files, and to verify that packages are working in your game.

4. Overwatch
The Sims 3 was a buggy game. Sims in your world can get stuck in a lot of different ways and many game mechanics can become corrupt really fast after there are enough Sims in your town, and the game becomes unable to handle all of that after some time and this causes significant lag. Overwatch cleans all of that mess for you each night and every time you load a new save, rescuing you from a lot of headache.

7. Retuned Attraction System
This essential The Sims 3 mod makes some really needed changes to the game’s attraction system. It makes the relationship system more realistic by adding more variables as to how two Sims get attracted to each other, other than some random numbers or skills.

8. More Traits for All Ages
In the native game, each of your Sims is limited to just a couple of traits. While this balances things out and encourages you to play with multiple Sims, it gets boring quick and your Sims feel shallow. This mod is a great addition to The Sims 3, it lets you raise the maximum number of traits each Sims can get, which results in much more complicated and realistic Sims.

9. Grow
One of the fundamental mods to make The Sims 3 more realistic, Grow mod makes your Sims grow gradually and slowly rather than just exploding in size in certain checkpoints in their life. Their voices can change too and they can gain weight, rather than just height.

10. Apartment mod
With the Apartmen mod, you can set up more than 1 family in one lot without the need to manage them all at once. Or you can set up the lot to look like apartments by using EA’s uni locked door feature, then place a family on each separate level. This gives the game a sitcom-like feeling and can be a small, new experience.

11. Food and Cooking Tweaks
This Sims 3 mod makes some small but necessary changes in te cooking mechanics. The base time it takes to cook is reduced in both single and group servings, there are less leftovers when your Sims do not finish their meal and their chance of cleaning up after themselves is set to %100 rather than %50. These changes makes the cooking & cleaning a lot more smoother.
